Raven Klaasen and Nathaniel Lammons' fledgling partnership claimed its first ATP Tour title Sunday at the Eugene Korea Open Tennis Championships in Seoul, where the top-seeded pairing claimed a 6-1, 7-5 championship match victory against Nicolas Barrientos and Miguel Angel Reyes-Varela.

Klaasen and Lammons' only previous tour-level appearance together was on the clay in Lyon in May, where they reached the quarter-finals. Yet the pair settled quickly into their campaign in Seoul, where they dropped just one set all week.

On Sunday, the South African-American duo broke the serve of their second-seeded opponents Barrientos and Reyes-Varela four times en route to a 83-minute final triumph at the ATP 250 hard-court event in the South Korean capital.

The win extends Lammons’ winning streak at all levels to 11. The American won the ATP Challenger Tour event in Cary in early September before claiming his maiden ATP Tour crown in San Diego a week ago. Both of those triumphs came alongside fellow American Jackson Withrow.

It was the 19th tour-level doubles title of Klaasen’s career, and the 39-year-old’s first since he won in Washington in 2021 alongside Ben McLachlan.
