Marcel Granollers and Horacio Zeballos moved to 1-0 in Green Group play on Sunday at the Nitto ATP Finals in Turin, where they clawed past Santiago Gonzalez and Edouard Roger-Vasselin 2-6, 6-3, 10-7.
The Spanish-Argentine team recovered from a slow start, improving on second serve in the second set to draw level. They won 80 per cent of points behind their second serves in the second set compared to just 43 per cent in the opener. Granollers and Zeballos were sharp at the net in the Match Tie-break to triumph after 90 minutes.

Granollers and Zeballos are making their fourth appearance as a team at the prestigious year-end event. They advanced to the semi-finals in 2020 and 2021, but fell in the round-robin stage 12 months ago.
Earlier this year, Granollers and Zeballos lifted their eighth trophy together in Shanghai, while they advanced to the title match at Wimbledon.
