When Novak Djokovic reached his first Grand Slam final 14 years ago at the US Open, Pete Sampras still held the record for most major titles with 14. This fortnight at Wimbledon, the Serbian is attempting to win a record-tying 20th Grand Slam title, looking to match the mark currently shared by Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal.

Djokovic won the first two majors of 2021, meaning he also has the opportunity to become the first player since Rod Laver in 1969 to complete the calendar-year Grand Slam. “I gave myself a good opportunity to do that, obviously winning the Australian Open and Roland Garros,” said Djokovic ahead of The Championships. “But look, it’s still a very long way to get to that super achievement. I will try to do it, without a doubt.”

While Djokovic may not have completed the calendar-year Grand Slam before, he once held all four major titles at one time – the “Nole Slam” – starting with his triumph in the 2015 Wimbledon final. Do you recall whom he defeated in the championship match at 2016 Roland Garros to complete his set? Do you know which player – Federer, Nadal, Andy Murray or Stan Wawrinka – he has faced the most times in a Grand Slam final?

From that first US Open final to his 19th major title at Roland Garros, we put you to the test in the Novak Djokovic Grand Slam Challenge. Take the quiz, share your results and challenge your friends.
